i can help...

download audacity,where u can record ur voices and export as wav and fo to flash,and then

File-import-import to library then choose the sound from ur files

or go to somne of these sites:

www.soundbible.com
www.findsounds.com

and download the sound effects,and just do like u did with ur voices...file,import,import to library,and choose the file

oh...

MEN...THIS MAY BE ONE OF THE GREATEST FLASHES I'VE EVER SEEN!!! but there is only a "fail" in it...after the entry and "DUAL ARMS",it appears like ,somewhere,and its snowing...the snow is gong up XD....other then that,this flash is awesome!!! this is why im giving you a 10/10
